Those who have had great success in their life (professionally and personally) have had coaches. Would an Olympic athlete hire a coach after they have won their medal? No, of course not. The athlete decided if they wanted to perform at a high level, they had to have a coach that held them accountable, pushed them beyond what they thought was possible and encouraged them to unlock their true potential.
